On September 18, 2024, at 4:53 PM ET, our Platform experienced a service disruption due to a database connection issue. This resulted in temporary unavailability of the Portal and App. The issue was promptly identified and resolved by our engineering and DevOps teams within 44 minutes, with no data loss. We apologize for the inconvenience and are implementing measures to prevent future occurrences.
